After significant effort has been put into re-designing the home pages, it would be great to capture any thoughts that anyone has - do you like them? Do you have any ideas for improvement?
The fishing dude was super cheezy but i kinda miss him - may be you shoud put him back in a more contemporary logo
And i would suggest to use an iphone look alike presentation ...Just hire a team of 3 web designers, a project manger to manage them, a consulting firm to give them some great slides and headaches and an auditor to slow them down.
Hoh, what about a section with some useful and cool links like the leicester fc homepage .
Finally it d be great if we could provide our own comments when we post a vote for the weekly question

Fishing dude is back on the home page to add that extra bit of cheese. Added the ability to post discussion to the current vote in order to allow the ability for voters to say why they are voting the way they are. Also added the links page - will need to be built up, but it's a start.
On a side note, I actually spent a lot of time looking at Apple's site before I made the changes to this site. Given that they have a lot more creative people than me and dedicated resources versus my part time efforts. I actually came up with a scheme to make the site more iDesign friendly, but decided first that it would be best if I wrote those bits in Flash (which I don't have) or that I could put it in javascript with a lot of effort. In the end, I decided that I just don't have the time to create moving icons and have things sliding across the page - at least not at the minute anyway, but who knows .... maybe in the future ....

How often does the song change? Are we stuck with Ozzy forever?
The home page only cycles through four songs. I have thought about increasing this and may do in the future, but there isn't a whole lot on the home page that would make you want to stay there for that long (to listen to multiple songs). If you want more choice, you can access my entire music catalog through the RagBox. (Edit - RagBox removed from site)
That said, I don't want to ignore the feedback, so what I've done is changed the start of the home page so it will randomly pick one of the four songs. I've added a play next button so you can jump to the next song if you want to (for example if Ozzy's not your first choice of music, but then again, if he's not, you probably won't like the other choices either). And I've added a link to the RagBox should you want to browse the music catalog and pick your own songs, create a playlist etc.
