Las Gallinas May 2011

A gray and rainy day, but we found ourselves in the north bay and decided to stop by Las Gallinas. Managed to get a few photos before it started to rain and I had to put the camera away. Those lucky enough to get photographed were:

  • American Crow
  • American White Pelican
  • Barn Swallow
  • Black-Crowned Night-Heron
  • Black-Necked Stilt
  • Black Phoebe
  • Double-Crested Cormorant
  • Fox Sparrow
  • Gadwall
  • Great Egret
  • Killdeer
  • Mallard
  • Red-Winged Blackbird
  • Song Sparrow
Oh yes! And then there was the kingsnake that “ran” across the path in front of us.
