Las Gallinas July 2013

Been over a year since I've been out with my camera. Last time was at Lake Lagunitas in the North Bay and this wasn't too far away at Las Gallinas. Summer not the best time to get out as there isn't a lot of activity, but I had a new camera to try out, so why not. Didn't really get anything spectacular, but a couple of nicely framed shots of a snowy egret as well as some messing around with a bee. The birds photographed are:

  • American White Pelican
  • Anna's Hummingbird
  • Black Phoebe
  • Black-Crowned Night-Heron
  • California Gull
  • Canada Goose
  • Double-Crested Cormorant
  • Great-Tailed Grackle
  • Mallard
  • Marsh Wren
  • Snowy Egret
  • Song Sparrow
  • Turkey Vulture
