Mendocino

We decided to take a little break up the coast (north of San Francisco). We stayed at a place called Mendocino for a couple of days. Everyone keeps asking “what's there?” and I'm not really sure that there's anything in particular. It's a quiet place that we went to for a short break is all. Didn't really go with the intention of taking many photos, but did get a few. The black oystercatchers are my favorite. I'm interested in the white one though - I don't know if it's a young one or an albino (I'm pretty sure it's an oystercather, but I could be wrong there). In addition, there's a couple of shots of this giant spiderweb we came across in the pygmy forest. Unfortunately the web is broken in the middle, but it's still pretty interesting.
