Arrowhead Marsh Stingray August 2009

Went for a quick look at Arrowhead Marsh. Didn't actually see that much by way of birds and didn't really get any notable photos. We did, however, see a stingray swimming around the shallow water were we were standing trying to take photos of black turnstones on the far bank. Photographed:

  • Black Phoebe
  • Black Turnstone
  • Black-Necked Stilt
  • Double-Crested Cormorant
  • Forster's Tern
  • Pied-Billed Grebe
