Question:

This week I have a mystery that I need your help with. I was eating my dinner and decided to have a slice of bread. It's a fairly new loaf of bread, but the crust was missing and I know there was one there before. Where has the crust gone from my loaf of bread?

I ate it was the clear winner with 42% of the votes from the following selection:

• It got shuffled into the loaf (17%)

Analysis:

Well, you might think you ate it, but you didn't. I found it later in the week shuffled back in the loaf. The funny thing is, I was staring at it trying to think if I'd eaten it. I kept thinking, surely I'd have known if I had. Anyway, it's a small loaf. Advertised as healthy or low fat or something, which it is, on account of the fact there's very little bread in it. The missing crust had gone up and moved back over the loaf and was hiding under the picture on the wrapper. I didn't actually try and look for it, I left it as a surprise that is find it if it was still there ... which I did.
